Shipping origin 

COREVELLE devices are dispatched from our fulfillment partner in China. 

Shipping destinations and timeframes 

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, and Australia. Estimated delivery times after dispatch: 

- United Kingdom: 7–12 business days 

-European Union: 8–14 business days

- United States: 8–14 business days

-Canada: 10–16 business days

-Australia: 10–18 business days 

Note on shipping times: Because our devices are dispatched from China, delivery times are longer than purely domestic UK fulfillment. We are working to add UK-based fulfillment in the future.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping costs 

Free shipping on all orders within the UK and EU. Free worldwide shipping on orders over $69. 

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows your package has not moved in 10+ business days, contact info.corevelle@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is lost, send a replacement at no cost.

Wrong address

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, we are unable to issue a refund for packages that are returned-to-sender or marked undeliverable. Please double-check your address at checkout. Holidays and delays Shipping times may be extended during major holidays (Christmas, Lunar New Year) and during periods of high carrier demand. We will email customers proactively if we expect delays beyond our standard estimates.
