COREVELLE — Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. This policy
explains your rights and how to return a COREVELLE product.
How to return your order
1. Email info.corevelle@gmail.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number
and a brief reason for return
2. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days
3. Pack the device in its original box (or any sturdy box if the original
is unavailable)
4. Drop the package at your nearest [SHIPPING CARRIER] location
5. Once we receive your return (typically 5–10 business days), we will
refund your original payment method within 5 business days
What is refundable
- The full purchase price of the device
- Original shipping costs (if any)
- Return shipping costs (we provide a prepaid label)
What is NOT refundable
- Tri-Depth™ Oil and other consumable items if opened or used (for hygiene
reasons). Sealed, unopened oil bottles are fully refundable.
- Digital products (8-Week Program, downloadable guides) once accessed
- Founding Cohort engraved devices are non-returnable (engraving is
customised to the buyer)
Damaged or defective items
If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault within the 1-year
warranty period, see our [Warranty Policy]. You do not need to return
defective items at your own expense — we will arrange a free replacement.
Refund processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days,
depending on your bank or card issuer
International returns
If you are returning from outside the UK, we cover return shipping costs
within reason. For returns outside the UK and EU, contact
info.corevelle@gmail.com before shipping — different carriers and customs
documentation may apply.
